Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings, custom-made pieces, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at zephryjewels@hotmail.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
